There will never be such thing as a good break up and anyone who has ever gone through one will confirm this. Break ups have that way of making us look at ourselves in a very different light and make us re-evaluate ourselves. Break ups are so moving that it can make even the toughest men shed a tear or two.

Immediately after a break up, people will be giving you their solicited or unsolicited advice and most of them will include the motherhood statements of "it's just not meant to be" or "move on" but all these lines won't do anyone good.

Sometimes, the only way to survive a break up is to get your ex girlfriend back.

When it comes to attempting a reconciliation, there is no tried and tested method of doing so.

It is true that women fare better with forgiving exes because they always equate relationships with the effort that they have put in.
